I'll break down our 4 day tour with this company. Overall, very good. Machu Picchu was outstanding. Our guide met us on time and took care of everything and knew everything to do with bus and circuit entrances as he should. Rainbow mountain very good also. Sacred valley tour great. The only shortcoming was the 4 hour city tour. Our guide was very annoying and spent so much time talking about a painting or something that no one cared about. And by the way the cathedral is free at certain times but we had to pay extra on the tour. Not included in the city pass. The only interesting thing on that tour was Saqsaywaman. We stopped at some ruins after that and the guide told us we had 5 minutes. We get off the bus and she talks about the ruins, time is ticking away. She says we can walk through the entrance but we have to come right back because they close. We had about 1 minute to see something. At the next ruins half the bus doesn't get out. Then we all vote not to go to the village, which is the last stop, where they sell handicrafts and things like that. We are ALL done with the tour and just want to get back to Cusco. I booked a tour to Palcoyo Mountain with Elvis. At first I was a little hesitant because everything was being organized through WhatsApp, including payment via PayPal.
