Unfortunately, our group did not have a good experience here. When we arrived and requested a table for nine, the waiters told us to find one ourselves. No big deal, so we located a dirty table and asked the waitress to clean it for us. She agreed but only returned 30 minutes later to take our order, without having cleaned the table. She half-cleaned it, left, and brought drinks and three plates of food while the table remained dirty.
Finally, 30 minutes later, she cleaned the table, but by then we had already waited an hour for our food, and the first group had finished eating. When I asked how much longer it would take, she said another 30 minutes. Since it was late and we didn't want to look for another restaurant, we decided to wait. After another 30 minutes, I asked to cancel our order. She said she needed to ask the owner, who refused to allow the cancellation.
By this time, half our group had finished their meals, and the drinks were gone. I felt bad but had to raise my voice and ask for the owner to come speak with us. He refused and sent the waitress to bear the brunt of our frustration.

As others have already mentioned, we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food – and all we ordered was fries with a chicken skewer. How can something so simple take that long? To make matters worse, not even a small complimentary drink or snack was offered while waiting.
What felt most frustrating was seeing guests who arrived after us, ordering the exact same dish, and still receiving their food before we did.
On top of that, the restaurant is extremely loud, making it nearly impossible to have a normal conversation.
The lady at the entrance could also benefit from some serious training in customer service and basic friendliness.
And to top it all off, at the end we were “kindly reminded” that tips were not included. 🤦🏻♂️
Definitely our first...

We would have been perfectly happy with just the pollo a la brasa, which came with small side salads and a huge plate of thick cut fries, so we had a ton of food leftover. The pollo was super juicy and well-seasoned, so I would highly recommend that. The alpaca steak on the Caesar salad was a bit dry but I’m not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to taste. The vegetable soup is vegetarian friendly and also good for tourists acclimating to the altitude. Credit cards and cash accepted. Indoor seating only. Given the portions and taste, I’d recommend making...
