We just had dinner at Kambingan ni Apong at Arkipelago Bagtikan St. San Antonio village makati. And we had an awful experience. We ordered sisig and bulalo. The bulalo was tasteless and rubbery that it was so hard to bite. I called the manager, Reesy nustro ( spelled as pronounced by the waitress) and inform her of the awful bulalo. Instead of her apologizing to me for being an unsatisfied customer. She went on asking stupid question like “gano po ba katigas?” As if the level of tigas matters. And the worst is she went on saying “kasi po 1st time may nag reklamo sa bulalo namin”. You don’t say such things to an unsatisfied customer implying that my complaint doesn’t matter or is false because I’m the 1st who complained! This manager or owner or whoever she is, clearly does not know what customer service is. She turned her back from me without even apologizing for the bad food. That awful tasting and challenging to the bite bulalo is p360. I don’t really care if it’s a thousand because I can afford it, as long as I get my money’s worth. But in this case, the food is bad, the service is bad, and the manners of this manager is the worst. I wonder how she became a manager, or owner of a restaurant, for that matter, when she does not know how to deal with her customers. Reesy or resy, let me give you an advice in dealing with unsatisfied customers. You just apologize sincerely, take ownership of your mistake, and be your ever so charming self and smile at your customer. No customer will not melt and be appeased by that. Unlike what you did. Well, I guess charm cannot be taught which you clearly lack. This is a newly opened restaurant, so let’s see how long it will last if this kind of service continues. . . By the way, the bulalo in cash and carry food court that I buy for much less tastes so much better #kambinganniapong #wagtangkilikin #badfood #badservice...
Read moreReally great place but can still improve to get 5 stars. The variety is amazing. They really made sure they get a huge variety of food all over the world. The design is also very creative and artistic. This place has so much potential. The location is very strategic too. There wasn't a lot of people there when we went. This place definitely deserves more visitors. 💯 really loved it. Some things to improve are...
Stage and ambiance lights. It can still be greatly improved with some dim areas in the corners of the stage.
The signage is incomplete outside the food park.
Parking should be free with minimum purchase from the food park, just like circuit. Parking validation.
Music can be too loud at times and people can't communicate.
Stores (merchandise and shoes) close too early to cater to people coming...
Read moreOne of the very few food parks, I have visited so far that has a decent parking lot for cars which is a huge plus. It isn't hard to commute there either with the main road(Chino Roces Ave.) a 5 min walk away.
The place had great ambiance, bands play on certain days be sure to check out their schedule, they are a food park so options and variety are unlimited(yes I did exaggerate). Don't miss out as well on the retail shops upstairs, I was able to glance through the board game store but the other store was closed on a Saturday night.
All in all, a great place to chill, chat, chow and maybe have a few cold ones while...
