Burger King - Robinsons Ermita — Restaurant in Manila

ONLY CASH, for real? at a huge shopping mall & BK? On our double whoppers waitress did NOT add the requested extra onion,salad,tomato even though i double checked that she entered it on the order and she said yes. When recieveing the allmost empty burgers and complaining they just took the (now cold) burgers and added one piece extra of each and gave them back to us. When sitting down at a table it was so unstable the drinks fell over right on my pants. Instead of an excuse the person that swept the floor just laughed.

I was about to order food at Burger King Robinson's Manila branch this evening (around 8:35 to 8:40 pm) but nobody from the three (3) cashiers at the counter attended me. I was quite in a hurry--the precise reason why I chose to get food from a fast food store. It would have been understandable if they told me to wait for a little while, but none of them had the courtesy to let me know that they were too busy (if that was the case) attending to other deliverables, as if I, who was standing in front of the 3 of them, were non-existent. We Ordered dubble whopper Xtra sallad onion pickles tomato dubble and one same but without the pickles , checked with the cashiered that she understood she said yes yes. To me an my boyfriends suprise we got two burgers with no extra at al..when we sat down or tryid to sit down at the table it wasn't stable and my boyfriend got to cokes all over him..the staff that cleaned just stood there laughing! I told them it wasn't funny at all. They don't take care payment although they have the card reader at the register . Very bad experience! You really need to get good staff...
