The service in this branch is sub par compared to other branches we've been.

-We asked if there are credit card promos for today and the lady in the front of the counter just said.. "wala...table for 2?" With an indifferent tone with no more explanation. -There were no peanuts at our table and when we asked, they just said wait, but they did not give us. -They didnt refill the bread even if we asked for refill. we have to asked 2x before they refilled. -The steak rice was dry and old -The steak was rare even if we requested for Medium, and when they recooked it, it was left at the kitchen serving table for a while. I have to point out the waiter that our food has been there for a while. They didn't give gravy for the steak sauce, and when we asked, they gave us when we were almost finished with our steak already. The nachos have very very little toppings. -They have not refilled our water. -When we asked for the bill, they just serve us the bill but didnt go back to our table to get our payment. We have to call the attention of the waiter again to get our payment.

Mind you, we ate here at around 2pm+. It was not busy and there were only 3 occupied tables aside from us. We can see the kitchen staffs just laughing and messing around and some waiters were just cleaning and...

(Actual visit 05/30/19) Just had a nice Steak and Grilled Shrimp lunch, hosted by our waiter Herbert and Restaurant Manager Mam Ces. Started with a bucket of peanuts. Traditional Texas Roadhouse has the customers just tossing empty shells to the floor, but here in the Philippines not allowed due to health regulations. Also had some "baked fresh daily" bread rolls (with Cinnamon butter) and Jalepeno Cheese Balls. Ohhh so delicious. Not too spicy and very cheesy. Main course came, steaks we're almost right at Medium and Medium Well, but came Almost Medium and Medium Rare. Herbert actually was standing by to make sure our steaks we're cooked correctly and promptly brought them back to kitchen when we alerted him they were not. He adamantly apologized. Herbert was very courteous, friendly and great at recommendations with full knowledge of menu. Great guy. The servers and attendants were fantastic as well - very "Johnny-on-the-spot". Mam Ces, came by several times to personally make sure all was to our liking and even have us a complimentary bag of peanuts as it was our first time. Overall, great food and service. Will definitely recommend and return again. Salamat...

Dining Experience: I must say, the sausage and fried chicken pops were absolutely fantastic—REAL TALK! The ambiance of the place added to the enjoyment, and the way the staff greeted the birthday celebrant was superb. The complimentary bread and peanuts were a nice touch while we waited for our orders.

Now, I was a bit let down by the quesadillas, but let’s be honest—the rest of our selections were INSANELY DELICIOUS! Overall, it was a delightful experience that left us with full bellies and smiles. I’ll definitely be back for more tasty adventures!

Service crew: I wanted to highlight the outstanding service provided by JRESS. He was an efficient and attentive waiter, consistently focused on our table.
