Yesterday, we dined at your SM Clark branch and ordered, among other dishes, your sisig. My daughter ate most of the sisig before I had a chance to taste it. When I finally did, I noticed that it had an off taste and a bad smell, indicating that it was spoiled. We immediately informed the crew, who initially suggested that the unusual taste and smell could be due to the pork or onions. However, upon tasting and smelling it themselves, they acknowledged our concern and took the dish to the kitchen.
We then spoke with the manager, who claimed that the sisig was fine and replaced it with a new serving. When we asked to see the original dish, we were informed that it had been thrown away. This was particularly frustrating as we wanted to compare the new serving with the old one. Fortunately, we had some leftover sisig on my daughter's plate, which clearly had a different taste and smell compared to the new serving.
The manager offered us a discount, which we declined, as our primary concern is the health risk posed to our daughter.
