It houses 200 shops, service points, restaurants, and cafes spread across three floors. With a vast selection, you can find and handle everything in one place.

The gallery includes a nice, functionally arranged (though unfortunately only one) room for parents with children. Besides a changing area, there is a feeding chair and a microwave.

Parking is abundant, with a large, multi-level parking facility within the building.

Zielone Arkady is one of the biggest shopping malls of Bydgoszcz located in the City Centre loop. Thanks to its convenient location and city's efficient public transportation, it is easy to access from all the areas of the city. The shopping mall offers all sorts of brands, from high end, through mid range to cheaper chains, so everyone can find what they are looking for and within their budget. This mall has a fantastic variety of shops and eateries, arranged in a clear layout. The space is bright, clean and lively. There's plenty of benches to just sit down and rest. Very few vacant demises which is indicative of their good commercial wellbeing. On the downside, car park management and security are rather poor. The lifts supposed to link car park levels don't work; anyway there are cars parked in front, with no evident action from mall management. Car park has dark corners where hooded individuals lurk, creating a feeling of insecurity.
