I went here with my wife, thinking we’d just have a simple meal — a pizza and a drink. The pizza was… fine, I guess. Nothing special. Hard to mess up when you follow the same standard Pizza Hut recipe they’ve used for decades.

But then comes the joke of the night: we ordered a combo with unlimited Pepsi — “All You Can Drink Pepsi,” as shown everywhere on their menu, posters, and walls. Drinks arrive… and it’s lemonade. We tell them, that’s not what we ordered. The response? “We don’t have Pepsi.”

Excuse me? The entire restaurant is plastered with Pepsi logos. The menu screams Pepsi. But apparently, you can’t actually get Pepsi here. Fine, we take the lemonade, because what else can you do at that point. I asked for a refill later — and I swear, you have to beg to get one. You literally feel like you’re begging for a glass of cheap lemonade you didn’t even want.

We paid way too much for this nonsense. The staff? Extremely rude and completely uninterested. My wife wanted dessert, so we ordered an apple crumble cake. Forty minutes later — still nothing. We asked multiple times, and every time the answer was, “I’ll ask my colleague.” That’s all they know how to say.

Eventually, a manager walked by. We called her over — and this person had the nerve to look at us like we were the problem. Arrogant, dismissive, and completely useless. When we showed her that Pepsi is listed on the app, she just kept repeating, “No, it’s not possible.” So you’re basically being lied to, straight to your face.

After 40 minutes of waiting, we finally said we wanted to leave. The manager told us she would refund the desserts. Surprise, surprise — that refund never happened. So not only are you being lied to, you’re also being ripped off.

Honestly, this place is a total embarrassment to the Pizza Hut brand. That manager should resign immediately — she clearly has zero management training, zero customer service skills, and zero respect for paying customers.

Erstmal auf Deutsch damit die deutschsprachigen Menschen was davon haben: Das Personal lässt auf sich warten. Wenn du Hunger hast kannst du direkt woanders essen gehen. Nachdem die Kellnerin endlich kommt, bedient sie nach ihrer Lust und Laune: es ist ihr ziemlich egal wer zuerst gekommen ist, ihre Priorität sind eher ältere wohlhabende Menschen die noch gerne 10 Minuten lang bestellen. Auf dein Hinweis, dass du zuerst kamst entschuldigt sie sich zwar, die Bestellung an die Küche geht aber trotzdem nach ihren Willen so wie sie es (auf nem Zettel) aufgenommen hat. Man wird also hier offensichtlich diskriminiert, was mir zum ersten Mal passiert!

Odwiedzam Pizza Hut w Zielonych Arkadach regularnie i za każdym razem wychodzę w pełni zadowolony. Lokal jest przestronny, czysty i przyjemnie urządzony, dzięki czemu można spędzić tu czas zarówno z rodziną, jak i w gronie przyjaciół. Pizza jest zawsze świeża, dobrze wypieczona, z pysznym, aromatycznym sosem i odpowiednio dobranymi składnikami – zauważyłem, że kuchnia przykłada dużą wagę do jakości i świeżości produktów. Lubię też różnorodność menu, które pozwala wybrać coś zarówno dla miłośników klasyki, jak i bardziej wyszukanych smaków. Obsługa jest uprzejma, szybka i pomocna – kelnerzy zawsze uśmiechnięci, chętnie doradzają w wyborze dań lub dodatków. Dodatkowo doceniam tempo serwowania zamówień – wszystko przychodzi w odpowiednim czasie, a jedzenie jest ciepłe i smaczne. Restauracja oferuje także wygodne miejsca do siedzenia i przyjazną atmosferę, co sprawia, że wizyta w Pizza Hut zawsze jest przyjemnym...
