We made a reservation at the cigar lounge for two people and told them exactly what time we would arrive. When we came, the staff looked surprised that we showed up. Our seats were already taken and no one apologized or tried to find another place for us. We left feeling very disappointed, although the place and ambience are really nice. My partner was really looking forward to enjoy a cigar, but it didn’t happen. So I would recommend maybe coming earlier and just sitting right away, since making the reservation won’t work.

They have created a welcome restbite from the busy city of Krakow, offering world class views of this incredible city. Would highly recommend a visit when you’re in town, make sure you book ahead.

An must for cigar lovers. The selection of cigars is OK, the prices not so higher than a cigar store but the view...THE view! Enjoy a cigar and drink one beautiful whiskey from their small but carefully selected etiquettes.
