This was our first visit to Krakow and it did not disappoint! This is a fabulous place to stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; very modern. The hotel is immaculately clean. There’s lots to choose from for breakfast and the restaurant is superb; the food is amazing. There’s a lovely bar area. The hotel is also dog friendly.|The staff are very helpful and friendly.|The hotel is not near the old town or main attractions; however, there is a tram stop close by and the number 22 tram takes you to Starowislna (3 stops) then a short walk to the old town.|We also did a city tour in a heated car which was really good.|The restaurants are plentiful and the food is amazing!|We visited the salt mine which was great, just a bit of a long trip, but good.|We didn’t manage to get into Auchwitz as the queues were unbelievably long, I’d recommend booking Auchwitz on the main booking site if you wish to go.|All in all, this hotel is great id you take into consideration all of the above.|I’d definitely...

Uncomfortable Stay – Poor Hospitality
Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. • Housekeeping: The staff were not friendly and often unhelpful. One staff member on the 3rd floor even raised her voice at an elderly guest when she politely asked for tissues. • Staff in general: Communication was difficult as most staff did not speak English, which made it hard to get assistance.
