We've been living in Kraków for years without any bad experience, but then we decided to take a ride on the Krakow eye. Today we had a lovely weather, however it turned very bad just when we purchased the tickets and sit in the cabin of the Krakow eye. It was so bad that after waiting for a few minutes, the staff opened the cabin doors and let us go with a short explanation in Polish we didn't really understand. There was no time for translation and so, we had to run to the neareast crossing tunnel, so we could be safe. The wind and the ice in the rain actually made the big Balloon explode which was next to the Krakow eye, it was overwhelming.

After the storm was gone, we went back and tried to get back our money or at least get a voucher, so we could ride later.

There was no one at all speaking in English, I tried my best in Polish, and they told me, they cannot give back the money, the machine is broken...we can ride now (but they did not seem too sure about that eiter) or later. I explained them again in Polish, that we cannot come back later and actually we were totally WET, we wanted a return of our money and go back home and be safe. The lady "attending" us was rude and the rest of the staff didn't care about us at all. They let us wait there without any comment or help, we couldn't ride at the end and we paid 90 zł (30 zł / person) for nothing.....thank you for this experience. We won't...

Our visit to the Krakow Eye was nothing short of spectacular, offering a breathtaking perspective of the beautiful city. From the moment we ascended in the panoramic capsule, the skyline unfolded in a mesmerizing display, revealing Krakow's rich history and vibrant present.

The 360-degree views from the top were simply awe-inspiring, allowing us to soak in the charm of the Old Town, the flowing Vistula River, and the architectural wonders that define Krakow.

The seamless operation of the Krakow Eye, from ticketing to the smooth rotation of the capsule, added to the overall enjoyment of the experience. The sense of tranquility and wonder as we gently rotated above the cityscape was truly unforgettable.

In summary, the Krakow Eye delivers a delightful blend of adventure and relaxation, offering a bird's-eye view of Krakow that is both mesmerizing and memorable. I fully recommend this experience to anyone eager to see the city from...

An imposing Ferris Wheel beside the Vistula river at Krakow giving a bird's eye view of the beautiful city scapes. A must ride for anyone wanting to get high above and look upon the sights on either side - the river and the Castle on one side and bustling city roads on the other. The 15 minute ride means the Wheel goes around thrice. Best to go on a weekday since you find lesser crowds and it is priced cheaper. Children get a discount. Best to look up the website or ask at the counter. The Love Krakow letters in front are popular for photography. So also the amusement...

The ferris wheel is very nice - large, new, clean. The ride is very smooth and pleasant. The views are quite nice, but the 3 spins you get is plenty. For the price, it is definitely worth it. There is a small amusement park next to it, which could be fun for small kids but otherwise it is almost funny how sad it looks with half-broken plastic animals standing in the mud. Instead, I recommend a short walk along the river and grabbing some food in a nearby cafe (there is a boat- restaurant nearby)
