Absolute worst venue experience I have ever had the displeasure to experience.
Tl;dr; Half the venue was stuck outside in the cold while the concert is continuing as usual. Personally, we missed the first artist completely. Queueing in cold and rain. Absolutely zero care or directions from venue organizers. Avoid at all costs.
We bought tickets for the 2025-10-18 Yungblud concert. We got sent information, that the venue opens 18:30 and the first artist performs at 19:00. We got there 18:10, to be safe. The queue was already looping far. First semblences of movement started at 18:30, but were painfully slow. At 19:00, we were nowhere near the entrance. At 19:30, we were around the corner. Once we turned the corner, we saw a merch store right next to the entrance gates and the queue. I suspect the long queue was because the merchendise store was "conveniently" very close to the queue, which was slowing everything down. We were finally at the entrance at 19:50 - at this point, the first artist had finished and the 2nd artist had started to perform. We were body checked. Bonus: I was made to throw out the protein bars I brought with me :)... Even though the fact that food is not allowed was not communicated even once.
We finally made it to our seats - surprise, surprise, literally only about half the venue is filled for this completely sold out show... The others? Still waiting outside, because by the time we got in, the queue outside was probably 1.5x longer than when we had gotten there initially. We are talking about sub-thousand people stuck outside in very cold rainy weather for hours, all due to poor orginazation of the queue and possible slow-dows due to the line going through the merch store...
To you, dear reader, I can only wish that you never have the displeasure of needing to see any concert in this venue.
And to the organizers - your organization and conduct is absolutely shameful. Zero information, zero updates, zero queue management and zero care that half the venue is still stuck outside. The tickets are bought, so what is there to care, right?.. The venue never even filled up...
Bonus 2: the venue didn't even bother doing monitors for the warm up groups. Good luck...
Read moreThis was by far the worst concert venue I have ever visited. I travelled to Warsaw for the Yungblud tour, and the event was highly disorganised. There were no separate lines for the standing and seated tickets, instead there were three random queues. The operators did not control the waiting people properly, so some had to wait too long, while others got in way faster. Moreover, not only did they plan the programme very badly (they planned to open the gates at 18:30, and the first band started at 19:00), but they didn't open the gates in time, so we almost missed the second opening act after more then two hours of waiting. In addition, when we finally got there, they didn't want to let us in because of or "large" handbags (they were not large). They did not provide proper informations about this regulation beforehand - they only told us to not bring luggage-sized bags (which we didn't). We would have had to pay extra for the deposit, if a kind employee wouldn't have let us in anyways. Overall, this whole process almost ruined the concert for us. I hope I'll never go back there for...
