Farmácia Picoas — Local services in Lisbon

I usually am well served at this pharmacy but today I was very mistreated by an extremely rude lady. Not only does she not hear the customer first and tries to provide a solution by explaining the issue calmly. She speaks with an aggressive dismissive tone of voice to which at a certain point I had to ask why is she speaking to me in such a manner? No apologies and only blaming me that I did not provide her with the voucher to pick up my product. I explained the email is the only thing I have with all details she was asking to check and it clearly stated to simply present it with the QR code on my phone or print it.

She insisted I needed to download a voucher from my Caudalie account and i showed her there is no voucher there. It only shows all my orders and the one made for the offer it states it’s a pick up and the email was received for it.

It was such an unnecessary stressful event. I had to ask several times if this is all i got and I can only pick up from here now as I selected this pharmacy point how can we resolve it?

Only then she said she would need to ask the commercial responsible from the brand. I was like ok but will you contact me to come later once you clarify things from your side or will you only do it when I return? Don’t you need my email order?

Basically I had to provide a suggestion for her to find me a solution when this should have been provided, explained in a way so I can be understanding.
