Our visit was unfortunately a huge disappointment. The Restaurant/Kaffe itself is absolutely lovely inside, and most of the staff is very friendly and nice except the head waitress (?) who seemed rushed and a bit unfriendly most of the time. We waited quite a while for someone to take our order (even though the restaurant wasn’t full). Our waitress, however, was very sweet, but as soon as she was done writing our order down, the head waitress (?) came to our table giving her orders and explanations. I, personally, think that talking to your staff can wait until they are done at a table - it’s nothing that need to happen next to your guests. We’ve ordered one of the breakfast menus that comes with the sandwich Florentine, which we wanted to swap for the Salmon sandwich (same price). When our waitress entered our order into the system, the head waitress appeared next to her, talking in a very intense way. After that, our waitress came back to our table and told us that it would cost 2€ extra to swap the two sandwiches (again, on the menu they cost the same). That plus the whole rushed atmosphere was reason enough for us to leave without trying anything. Around the corner, there are several other breakfast spots with impeccable service which we prefer over an experience like that.
