Delicious! Not how it seems from the outside, or the fact that it's right next to the dock.

Very reasonably priced cheap fried rice dishes. What you might find helpful (and if you do, leave a thumbs up) is you can order off-menu by getting chicken wings and combining it with the chicken and veg fried rice. It's super tasty and comes in at R100.

After using the opening hours from Google twice and not finding anything but closed doors or better shutters, I talked to the staff and managed to find out when they close and when they reopen. I am glad I did that. The food is inexpensive but amazing. Their fried noodles are filling and delicious. And also cheap. Staff is also super friendly.

Don't let yourself be fooled by the pictures, it's just a window with takeaway food next to the waiting area for boat departures, calling yourself Café is confusing at best.
