OGAWA (IMM) — Local services in Jurong East

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with the Ogawa Master Drive i2 (OG-7600S) massage chair. Simply put, this chair is not worth the insanely high price. The primary issue is the air pump, it's incredibly noisy to the point that it caused me and my family headaches when using it. I expected a premium product, but the sound was unbearable, especially for a chair that's meant to provide relaxation. Despite replacing the chair three times, the issue remained unresolved. On the fourth visit, the management suggested replacing the air pump. However, this only made the problem worse, the new air pump was even noisier. I'm disappointed with my second purchase from Ogawa, specifically the Biovis model. Unfortunately, its performance hasn't met my expectations, and considering its high price point, I regret buying this particular model.

Before making a purchase, I strongly advise others to thoroughly test the product. In my experience, the A.I. function was glitchy and unresponsive. In contrast, my previous MASTER DRIVE A.I model was more interactive and reliable.

To make matters worse, I traded in my old model and received a discount, yet still had to pay over $10,000. Needless to say, I'm not impressed with the value for money.

Ogawa EZWave - Do not buy, it's last exactly 1 year of warranty and need to top up for the damage spare part $90 for top cover + rubber mat- not cheap. Bad quality and worst after sales service from the salesman of IMM to Candy, customer service team, as well as feedback to the management team is helpless. Overall, not worth paying for it ($399 EZwave + $90 yearly maintenance but warranty for 6 months) and I will not buy anything from Ogawa anymore as truly quality issues as not my first purchase.
