This incident happened around 20:00 on Wednesday 2 July 2025. Wallet got stolen at Fantasia. Fantasia employee came to ask us if we all had our belongings because a man just ran out looking guilty, we then realised our friend's jacket containing his wallet was taken. When we asked the male security that was standing just up the stairs if he saw anyting, he got defensive and said that he didn't see anyting very unwilling to help. I then went to the security/ camera footage room and Sylvia from Fidelity Security was very helpful and patient while we looked through the footage. We saw the exact description of the man that the Fantasia employee described to us running out of the arcade. Unfortunately he somehow conveniently knew exactly where the cameras were placed and therefore we could not get any proof.
