Wimpy Mimosa Mall — Restaurant in Free State

Good day, was there this morning and wish to mention that the kitchen staff was disgustingly noisy, could hear them very loud talking about their private discussions on airtimes etc, we the clients could not even hwve decent conversation, most clients were talking soo low, besides uts a sunday morning and the Wimpy is the best value for money and quality breakfast place wspecially on a sunday morning unlike leqve oir homes for a quite breakfast and arruve where staff is sreaming and disgustingly noisy like you at a taxi rank in Bloemfontein station.... thats bad for business even if they talk business it must be done in a civil manner... the staff they are not in a shebeen or tarven scream beer orders and we are drunk clients.... they should have a degree of professionalism, etiquette and remember that they are there to render a business and the owner needs business and not staff that chases away clients and even...

Horrible. Firstly, when i arrived they told me that they are closing in an hour, like, are you asking me to leave ???!!

Secondly, during us ordering the waiter was in a rush to get us to order and wanted to just get over with it. Just after we finished ordering i changed my mind from a soda to a milkshake, but the waiter told me that the soda was already poured and prepared for me and i cant change my order....and it took long just to receive that very soda!!!

I received my cold burgers and they had ketchup and mayo in them already without my request, i mean why would your tables have the sauces if you're gonna decide to put it in my food without my consent?

p.s please let me pack my takeaways next time cause why would a waiter from another table take it to the back to pack it when i can just do it myself. If i could give a negative star...

Sitting there as we speak. Terrible service! Waited for 15 minutes at the door to ask for a table. Then I was told to just choose one and sit. Waited another 15 minutes for my order to be taken. Its approaching 30 minutes now and still no sign of food or update on what's happening.

The tables were dirty and had plates on them. I just chose a table and had to wait a few minutes before it was cleared. The waiter is very cold and unwelcoming. Makes you feel like you're bothering her by ordering or requesting anything. Which I understand because she was the only one serving ALL the tables. It's month end and very busy, but no one is attending tables. The lady who told us to grab a table was also in a terrible mood. Wouldn't recommend based on...
