Debonairs Pizza Nelson Mandela Drive — Restaurant in Westdene

I am highly disappointed with this branch! They use to be really good, with helpful employees and great quality of food... But the past year was just plain pathetic! The waiting time went from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes! And that I can actually deal with, but the attitude that are being thrown our way when we simply just want to find out where our food is, when we still didn't receive it after 2 hours, asking kindly if the food is still on the way, and then being interrupted by the woman behind the countar with a very nasty attitude. Totally and completely unacceptable! Not to mention that the last order we received, the pizza was soggy, and still we had to pay for it, because it was 30 minutes before they close and therefor would not be enough time to re-make the pizza. I strongly do not think I will be paying another visit to this Debonairs branch...

I am deeply disappointed with your service it is terrible and unprofessionally disgusting, i would never recommend your delivery service to anyone this surely deserves to be known.. Yesterday i ordered Pizza online at 13:32pm and i called around 14:35pm the lady called Puleng or Pulane answered the phone and she told me all the deliveries are out already, i patiently waited until 16:00 i tried calling to cancel the order but the line was busy

To my surprise i didnt get my ordered pizza no one called to check if the pizza was delivered you people suck your service is crap.. You wasted my time and i will never bother supporting you this will not...

Look, to wait 50 minutes for a R40 pizza is ridiculous, but I understand you had a bulk order from a school or something like that. I feel it would have been nice to make me aware when I placed my order, to say "Sir, before we process your order, please be aware that we currently have a bulk order, it's going to delay our regular preparation time, so your order might take up to a specific number of minutes, just wanted to make you aware. Thank you".

Otherwise, the food was delicious, and the store was clean. Lack of communication is what bothered me, plus the stuff seemed frustrated/annoyed by us. Please...
