Cedar Square — Local services in Gauteng

I've lived in the Fourways area for over 5 years and Cedar Square has always been one of my go-to shopping centres, especially for places like Clicks and Pick n Pay. I’ve never had major issues—until today.

I routinely inspect my vehicle before leaving home, and today was no exception. After parking and going into Clicks for a few minutes, I returned to my car and, as usual, reached for a small tip for the car guard—only to realize he was nowhere nearby. Strangely enough, when I looked at my car, I noticed that all my right wheel caps were missing. After realising this I immediately confronted the individual who was supposedly "watching" the cars, and instead of addressing the situation, he responded with sheer arrogance and indifference(Watch out for these criminals).

This is a serious warning to the public: be cautious when parking near Pick n Pay or Clicks at Cedar Square. There are individuals loitering in reflective vests pretending to be car guards, but in reality, they’re opportunistic and clearly involved in theft of smaller, seemingly "unnoticeable" car parts.

Cedar Square management, it’s time to take accountability. Secure your premises, regulate legitimate car guards, and stop allowing criminal elements to operate under the guise of providing a service.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred at Cedar Square on the 5th of March

During my visit to the Brothers Vaping Lounge, I witnessed an alarming display of inappropriate behavior by a white male manager who was engaging in overtly intimate actions with his girlfriend in a public space. Their behavior included kissing and making out while seated on top of each other on the couch, directly in front of children and other patrons. This conduct was not only unprofessional but also highly inappropriate for a family-friendly environment.

Such actions are concerning, as they create an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers and do not reflect the standards of professionalism expected in a public establishment. I believe it is crucial for management to address this type of behavior to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all visitors.
