Stopped by this new coffee shop recently. The coffee? Excellent. I had a flat white that hit the spot just right and a cheese and ham croissant that was absolutely delicious. The chocolate one was also very good. They also offer cheese and tomatoes. The service has improved dramatically. Kind attentive and friend guys who do their best to make you feel welcome. They are not in a rush but perfect speed for a Sunday Morning.

Hi Team 😊 Can someone explain to staff the reason your customers queue in the wrong place is that we cannot read the board from the side of the shop. It is not ergonomically placed 🤓 Either move your pay point, move the menu boards, or explain to staff it is not necessary to be rude to customers. The amapiano is a bit loud and staff could be friendlier 😇

The best coffee in Johannesburg. Even not being a coffee connoisseur, I could taste the difference to your run of the mill coffee chains. They use top of the range coffee grinders, mills and machines. We had Mango freezos, an Americano, Cappuccino, Babyccino's for the kids and an espresso. All of which were top class. Would definitely recommend.

Regular at this place , the barista today was a female. She prepared the matcha latte in a haste, she quickly put the powder and added milk and ice. The matcha was grainy and not consistent with previous blends/ preparation. I asked her why she didn’t blend it and she said they don’t usually do that which was surprise. I asked her to remake it which she did however it was not the same. The staff should all be trained accordingly in menu preparation’s to ensure quality control. I’ll only go back if I see the other gentlemen that that usually makes an...

Coffee is excellent as we expect at Platō coffee. Service also lovely, the team behind the counter is always friendly. Seating is a little tricky, in the early morning you’ll be hit by the blazing sun and there isn’t of ton of seating available. At the right time of day sitting down is not bad even if the shop is situated adjacent to Jan Smuts. Not a place to work on a laptop but definitely a place to grab a coffee to go or sit briefly. The parking is free and as close as it can get. You could drive off Jan Smuts grab a coffee and be back on your...

Stopped here a few times and the coffee and service was amazing. Arrived for my regular coffee on Sunday 23rd and ordered my usual. The staff forgot to add my shot of hazelnut and upon me going back to get the order rectified the staff were rude telling me that I never asked for a shot (even though I clearly paid) the lady them proceeded to take my coffee and add 1 pump of coffee (without even stirring). I objected to this and requested for my coffee to be remade and had to deal with a bad attitude. Service was really poor...
