This is a long overdue compliment I would love to share with the absolutely incredible team at Yuppie Chef Sandton. I raced in just before closing on 21 February urgently looking for a special present. The three sales staff were incredible. So helpful and full of fun and great advice. Not only did I walk out completely overloaded but really so satisfied with my purchases and bowled over by the incredible service. They wrapped each of my purchases like a rockstar so I didn't even have to worry about that. I cannot say THANK YOU enough. You guys and ladies absolutely rock. One of my favourite stores in Sandton City. Staff here are so friendly and always willing to assist. They are well-knowledged and able to make recommendations. Problem is this store is addictive. Sometimes I walk in "just for fun" and walk out R2k later! I prefer it over shopping online as I can physically see what I am buying. If something is not available in store but available online, they give you the chance of ordering and paying for it, and collecting at a later stage. Terrible service. We went for a last minute gift and all that the staff were interested in, was that they were closing. I asked for the gift receipt (which is a till slip with the item cut off) to be placed inside before being wrapped but that was forgotten and then the staff wanted to slip it inside the wrapping ,which I refused.
