Very terrible service from Noxolo and the team this morning.
Ordered online and she asked how I'm paying when I was at the till. I told her by card and she erroneously processed a cash transaction.
I then asked her to please get someone to override this transaction so I can pay and get my food. The other ladies on duty started yelling at me and said I should go withdraw cash because my WhatsApp order is no longer in the system.
I pleaded with them and told them I don't have cash but they said there's nothing they can do. I was getting a little frustrated because I had already waited in a bit of a long queue to pay; now I couldn't get my food and was being told to go get cash.
They showed zero empathy towards the situation that their colleague put me in and made it all seem like I was being unreasonable. I honestly didn't have cash on me and found it to be very tedious that I still have to walk to the banking court and then return to the store to pay for my order.
Long story short-after yelling at me and going back and forth, the cashier-Noxolo used her own cash to put in the till and someone got me to pay by card for my order.
Pathetic service...
Read moreThis afternoon I ordered streetwise 2 loaded using the second kisok on your right that machine was malfunctioning and didn't print out the slip after I pressed it several times and then choose the scan to receive the receipt as a customer that is proof enough that I bought there and it shows everything ,time for collection we were taken pillar to post that we didn't receive a receipt but their machine has problems!! They telling us they need more proof we produce proof of payment to the manager but that still was not enough mind due it's lunch time we have an hour of lunch but it was spent at that restaurant! We had to come back again taking time off work only for them to now simply give us the food that wasn't even pleasant to eat! The fries were so little enough for a 2 year old!! So disappointed in KFC Sandton City don't see myself purchasing my lunch...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service i received at your Sandton city branch on Thursday, 17 July 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional attitude and behavior of two staff members, Cash Tinyiko and Motsati . The issue is i asked with a smile for a side breast piece i was ignored, and i asked again she responded with an attitude, saying she heard me. I will never go back again to buy at KFC Sandton City branch .
I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to address these issues. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to ensure that customers receive better service in the future.
