Muizenberg Swimming Pool — Local services in Muizenberg

I would not recommend this swimming pool to any one!! First of all this swimming pools are not Hijabi friendly my girls had proper swimwear on that covered their entire body the life guard told them if they dont have proper bathing suits they can not swim i was so furious. Secondly the life guards they are unreasonable and not professional they gossip about people attending the swimming pools one of the ladies where having and argument with the life guard in charge because young girls have to swim half naked in order to get in the pool children where not allowed to play freely on the grass they where constantly told to pick up papers that where not theirs one star is way yo much for these imbosoles I'll never attend this swimming again and they refuse to refund my money back and we where inside just for 15 min we did not swim nothing like that I was so...

Was a horrible experience. Lifeguards are very unreasonable. The kids were told not to be noisy, not to run around or play around, and constantly made to pick up papers. One of the kids had a denim swimsuit and was not allowed to swim. Poor thing had to sit and watch all the other kids swim. What really upset me was one of the little ones had a tennis ball on the grass and was yelled at by a lifeguard , 'that she Will take the ball from her'. Just terrified the poor child. Overall kids are not allowed to be kids. Most of the people that came there with kids including us packed up in the first hour and moved to the beach. I usually go to the beach then last week drove past and decided to go to the pools instead of the beach, paid an affordable R9 entry fee which I couldn't believe I thought it would be more than R20. Spent the day there and loved it, honestly never thought I'd enjoy the pools as much as I did, I like the fact that the lifeguards are very alert especially with the children. 5 days later I went back to the pools and yet again enjoyed myself.
