Peck’s Valley is a moderate hiking trail, closely located to the central part of Muizenberg.
The views over the suburb are beautiful and even though the elevation isn’t that high, the walk does get your heart pumping.
Parking at the start of the trail is limited so a better strategy is to park at Muizenberg Park and simply walk up the stairs to the start of the hike.
Getting to the top should take around two hours but you can easily extend the walk by heading to Muizenberg Peak, or all the way to Muizenberg Cave and Bailey’s Kloof.
