It used to be one of the largest building in Republic of Korea(owned by Daewoo, which was as big as Samsung in the 80-90s). Still, there are a lot of companies located here including Mercedes, Siemens, SK, Wework, etc. In B1, overpriced restaurants are waiting for you but the only place worth visiting is...
