Found this place while trying to walk from Namdaemun to Seoul Station and Lottemart Zettaplex. A elevated pedestrian bridge with trees and Shrubs connect Nandaemun to Seoul station. This garden is on the roof top of the multi-story parking structure that connects Lottemart and Lotte outlets. Scenic, quiet, and peaceful.
