And they would fix it if we went there. So we went there with all the evidence but they refused to believe it and ignored the fact Barcelona changed the size for kids XL this season. Me sabe fatal poner 1 estrella a una tienda del Barça, pero realmente se la merecen. En está tienda hay muy pocas ganas de trabajar. Apenas te miran a la cara y aunque vean que estás en el mostrador porque quieres preguntarles algo, hacen como si no te hubieran visto. Les he preguntado una cosa y su respuesta ha sido simple y seca. De hecho, uno de los trabajadores se ha ido corriendo a la puerta solo para no tener que contestar, cuando no había absolutamente nadie más en toda la tienda.

Pasan de ti y te hacen sentir como que molestas. Deberían mejorar la plantilla, dado que hay muchas otras Barça store donde el trato es mucho mejor. Hoy había un chico y una chica atendiendo, pero han sido bastante desagradables. Esta tienda situada en un sitio tan céntrico como es Plaza Cataluña genera mala reputación para el Barça. Además, dan ganas de no comprar.

Recomiendo contratar a personal con ganas de trabajar y ayudar a los clientes. Entiendo que puedan estar cansados, pero si te viene un cliente con toda su buena fe a preguntarte algo, no está de más poner un poco de actitud. Hay mucha gente que estaría encantada de trabajar en...
