I've got to be honest about this place...I saw the high reviews and the spectacular photos, and couldn't wait to try it. After placing our order, we were given a buzzer and found an open seat easily, as there were only two other people in the restaurant. From our table, we had a direct view of the pizza-making area, so logically, we watched them make our food. I'm no expert, but I watched this guy fumble with a piece of dough and this machine for five minutes. It appeared to be his first day ever seeing or using the machine. That drew my attention to the mechanical, Domino's Pizza style set-up they had in the kitchen. While high tech and efficiency forward, it seemed to take the two guys forever to make two, VERY basic pizzas in a commercial style, roll through oven. The pizza itself was more American style (is that a thing?) than anything else...lots of cheese, thick dough throughout, that was dense like focaccia without the airy pockets. I'd give it a 2 overall, but the service was a 10.
Anyways, if you're starving, go for it. If you're hungry,...
Read morei love truffles! hence, their positano pizza and truffles pasta are my favourites! dined in 2x at their restaurant this september. one for my birthday celebration with friends. VERY RICH truffle flavours! i literally BAWLED my eyes out in awe! great servings too! their XL size pasta is enough for 2 people. we ordered carbonara - i was just unsure if they were from fresh pasta but i hope they were! classic italian plates!!!
all lovely waitresses especially the filipina one. there were just a time where i dined in and i had to take away my order - one chef woman was laughing at me and it felt very very rude!

How the restaurant works is like fast food-ish. You order up, and go wait for your food, then the beeper goes of, and you go get your meal. It’s a tourist restaurant, that’s why the prices are also what they are. The biggest problem was one of the women’s stalls… to close it you need to use the lock, since it seems the door is hanged incorrectly, and that is a bit uncomfortable to use.
The food is enjoyable, and it has a big space. There is not a very big space between tables, so if it’s full, it would be a bit uncomfortable in my opinion, but on slow nights or lunches, I think it’s...
