I went to the store because the zipper of one of the pants didn’t work and I explained that at the time I bought it I was told there was a guarantee to which they replied there wasn’t and that it had been my fault. I said that it wasn’t a problem and I could pay but I would rather have them fix it with the tailor that they already know. After some days I went back to pick up my pants and to my shock I just mentioned that I want to pick them up and they started saying that I had to pay for the tailor and that what I said had been insulting to them ? That apparently I had insulted the clothing by saying it was old, which was never the case. However, I didn’t complaint once about paying for having them fixed. Yet after this, they said to my face that they would rather not have customers like me to which I replied: “Well after this exchange I wanted my pants because I love the design but there’s a vibe that is completely off, you just told me to never come back so I definitely won’t be coming back” to what they said “Great, let’s keep it that way” ? Never had I had an experience like that with anyone having lived in over 7 countries and bought in designer stores over Italy, Spain and the U.S. I still leave two stars because I like the clothing but I definitely won’t be buying from them. Maybe they haven’t understand there’s freedom to spend your money anywhere and by spending it in their store one is showing support. Zero respect for their already customers.
