Magic Barcelona — Local services in Barcelona

Staff doesn't care if you walk in, stood for 7minutes browsing items and although we were the only ones in the store they never bothered to offer help, not even to try and sell us their products.

Most we got was a sideways glance from one of their younger staff members who was too busy stacking basic lands to even say hello as a reply to our own greeting which we offered when we stepped in.

We were interested in taking a couple of books and some premade decks to enjoy during our vacation there, we left with our wallets still heavy and will not return there once we are back in Barcelona.

The store was clean and they had a good display of the items considering it is a small space, everything looked...

Disappointing experience. The store has a lot to offer and the stock is impressive, but I was shocked when I tried to trade cards with someone and we were asked to leave because trading isn’t allowed in the store. For a TCG (trading card game), this was baffling. I’d choose any low-end LGS over a high-end Magic store if it means I can do the core thing the game was...

Buena tienda, muchísimos productos de todo tipo y buen servicio. ¿La gran pega? Que no soy de Barcelona, y para un día que voy, resulta que no puedo comprar ninguna de las cartas que quería porque en el almacén no tenían a nadie trabajando, por lo que tenía que esperar casi una semana a tenerlas (y no estaría en la ciudad, obviamente). No entiendo que en una tienda especializada en MTG no se te vendan cartas al momento si no es por una causa importante, y ésta no me lo parece. Al final supone una pérdida de dinero para la tienda y un fastidio para el cliente. ¿Qué ventaja obtengo de acercarme a una tienda en físico si debería esperar casi una semana para ir recoger las cartas? En cualquier otra tienda de otros productos (ropa, cosméticos, etc) sería impensable al ser un despropósito comercial.

En resumen: tienda genial, con todo tipo de productos y personal atento, pero eso de no poder comprar las cartas que quieres y tienen porque no hay nadie trabajando en ese servicio... me parece inadmisible. Así no se puede apoyar al...
