Great selection of stationary, somewhat limited selection of art supplies.

Quite a lot of lamy, mt, uni ball, ohto, sakura and similar staples. I would've liked a bit more unusual stationary, a lot of what they had I, have in England as well. But I will say the brands they had had a lot of different colour versions and size versions.

They did have some fun collaborations too which I really appreciated.

They had an amazing selection of coloured cars and envelopes, one floor alone was dedicated to this.

For the art supply selection I was a bit underwhelmed - unfortunately this was the main reason I had come - they had Poscas, Faber Castell colour pencils, daler Rowney graduate paint brushes, Windsor and Newton pain and I think Van Gogh paints, sakura micron fine liners and that was more or less it.

I have to speak up a bit for the staff and say that I don't agree with some comments implying they're rude to tourists. They're not. Like any business in Barcelona they are conscious of theft and pickpocket culture and are trying to make precautions. You being a tourist is incidental to that.

I will admit I was put off initially by the level of attention I got from staff upon entering the store, but I was always approached about reasonable things.

E.g. Here's a basket and ticket where you can update your product list for each floor - I didn't fully understand this system, but the staff are happy to explain it to you. Please don't take photos. Do you have your ticket - it was covered by my items, so it's fair of her to check.

Yes I did find staff keeping an eye on me in the store, as well as keeping an eye on everyone else. They run a business, of course they need to be careful of thieves in a city people make a living on theft.

Honestly the service I received from everyone I interacted with was top notch, the only reason they don't get full stars from me is because I found their basket system somewhat confusing, but mainly I just wanted a bigger selection of...

I was shopping for some gifts and an assistant had already put some items behind the cash register for me while I continued to browse. I was browsing at an item and I was curious if it came in a box or not when I had been shopping earlier I had seen that the shop assistant had checked in the drawer underneath the shelves to get the item in its box, so I opened the drawer underneath to check. The security guard came over and was very threatening and asked me to leave. All I had done was open a drawer and close it again. I didn't even have anything in my hands. He was very threatening and intimidating and asked me to leave the store. I explained to him that I already had some items behind the cash register that I needed to pay for. he didn't believe me and asked me to show him. At this point because I was being treated so badly, I was deciding that I would not pay for those items and just leave. But then I realised that I had to make a point, so I said yes okay I will show you. I went to the cash register and spoke to a lady who seem to be a manager. I told her that I have items behind the cash register that I was going to buy but now because the security guard had been so rude I'm not going to buy them and I was going to leave. The lady didn't seem to care or understand or want to understand that much.

Ultimately, they should employ a security card that isn't so rude and has some common sense. I was clearly not a shoplifter. And because of his actions the shop lost a sale that was quite big I will not be returning to...
