As a Roman, finding a restaurant that transports me back home is a rare gem, and Da Uli is exactly that. From the moment we walked in, the owners, both from Rome, made us feel like family. Their warmth and hospitality are second to none, and it’s clear that they pour their heart and soul into every dish.

The pasta is exceptional, crafted fresh to order, just like you'd find in the best trattoria in Rome. The care and attention Elisa gives to each ingredient and the meticulous preparation make every bite a truly special experience. It’s not just about the pasta—though that is definitely the highlight. The second courses and desserts are equally spectacular, each plate a work of art.

We visited multiple times during our holiday because every meal felt like a celebration of Rome’s rich culinary tradition. If you're ever in Corralejo, all you need to do is sit down, relax, and enjoy the wonderful experience of Rome right here on the island.

Came here last night after reading all the positive reviews. The service from staff was excellent, very friendly but the food was a let down. I had the meat balls and there is no way they are home made, very small and congealed. In my experience they should break up under the fork, not bounce around the plate like rubber balls. My partner had the carbonara, this was way over salted, the the lardons were like pork scratchings and the sauce was the consistency of congealed custard. Then the the bill, 24 euro for bottle of nice rose 14 and 11 ish for mains 5/6 for 2 sides. If we return to Corralejo we won't be...

This is one of my friends and I favourite places to eat. I'd heard it had closed 🤷‍♂️ I was happy to see it open having walked past it recently 😁 This is one of the best restaurants in Corralejo by far. The food is authentic and very reasonably priced considering it is freshly prepared and home made. The staff are lovely and are always offer a warm welcome 🤗 If you think you've had Italian food before then think again. These guys know what they're doing.
