In few words | Another speciality coffee / brunchy place wannabe. It's fine, but don't expect high quality products. Price high and service decent.

The aesthetics are nice and you will be able to Instagram it all but the food quality and cooking is very similar to what you can get at a supermarket.

The coffee is average. You have much better specialty coffee places around.

The staff was attentive and relatively fast, but I always dislike when after ordering 40€ worth of breakfast and asking for a glass of water, they just point you to the pitcher and tell you to get it by yourself. It might be their policy, but I would never do that (actually never did when I worked as a waiter) if I was confronted with this situation.

I saw the owner is replying to all reviews with a thank you not caring if they are good or bad. I really doubt they will look into the suggestions and...

My new go to spot. Great food and suite comfy environment. A great place for lunch, brunch, or a late night hot cocoa. The burger is absolutely excellent and the brunch food is good. If you need a place to eat in Argüelles I’d go here. The service can be a little delayed because it gets really popular fast, but is very friendly and the food comes out very quickly. Love this place and always go when I need a bite to eat.

Le pongo una estrella exclusivamente para explicar lo que nos pasó.

Acudimos porque el niño necesitaba ir al baño de urgencia, nos sentamos unos minutos y como tardaban mucho en atendernos decidimos pedir los cafés para llevar porque teníamos prisa.

La camarera, una vez le comentamos esto enseguida nos tomó nota amablemente.

Poco después y viendo que se demoraba algo la cosa (bastante difícil de entender con un local pequeño y tampoco a tope) vi como le dijo sutilmente al camarero que hacía los cafés si podía apresurarse un poco porque teníamos algo de prisa. Él (el chico del aro en la nariz) le dijo a ella: "pues que esperen". Y para su mala suerte, lo escuché todo.

Pero no bastándole con eso se dedicó a preparar las consumiciones de mesas que llegaron después de nosotros e incluso a una señora que pidió un café para llevar también después y a la que le dijo cuando esta preguntó que ella era la última.

Una vergüenza la actitud de este camarero y la verdad es que no dejé la reclamación escrita in situ por falta de tiempo y ganas.

Valoro muchísimo la atención tanto para bien como para mal y en este caso me han parecido horroroso los detalles.
