Bauhaus — Local services in Madrid

Our first visit here and we were overwhelmed by the sheer size and the thousands of items stocked here. You can definately completely build your new home, decorate and fully furnish it from within this store. Its a complete Aladdins cave for every D.I.Y enthusiast and if your thing is power tools look no further. Definately worth visiting. There are two in Madrid and one in Valencia I think. Unfortunately a disappointment. I've written an E-Mail to request Materials. Almost a month later still no response. Email is the same mentioned on the webside. They wouldn't answer calls and we didnt receive any kind of service or response.

Its a difference if the requested materials arent available. But no Service given at all is really weak.

Its maybe an idea to simply shut down the email, as you guys are not reading...
