Went to this ribs restaurant expecting a good meal, but instead got a plate of frustration. A waitress accidentally spilled sauce all over my clothes and shoes, and instead of apologizing or offering help, the staff did absolutely nothing about it. No cleaning bill, no replacement, not even a sincere “sorry.”

To make things worse, the service overall was poor—waitresses seemed more interested in counting coins than actually helping customers. The food itself? Mediocre at best, certainly not worth the mess or the experience.

Great spot in Plenilunio. Unfortunately, the chicken they serve is not real chicken, more like 51% chicken. They work really hard, but the quality of the food is declining severely. If you want real chicken and better meat, go to VIPS. My steak was served cold. I had to send it back. It came back like a piece of leather. Sad, because the vibe is awesome.
