Exceptional Craftsmanship and Delightful Customer Service! I came into the shop last week looking for the perfect gift for my Mother, and all my expectations were superceded! Not only is the shop full of beautiful and unique artisanal creations, but Roberto - one of the artesans - was truly a delight to speak to. The thoughtful colour combinations used, the textures of the materials, and the different designs made my choice quite difficult, but I think everybody who visits will find something that ignites love at first sight. I certainly did! The depth of understanding Roberto has about each product made my short visit feel like a fun and intense museum experience! I love it when a maker or salesperson can tell you stories about how the materials are sourced, or the other craftspeople involved in the supply chain. I recently visited this fantastic handmade leather bag store in Madrid, and I can’t say enough good things about it. My friend purchased a stunning bag that is completely hand-stitched and one of a kind. The craftsmanship is impeccable, with every detail carefully made by hand.

What made the experience even more special was that the man who sold us the bag was the actual artisan who crafted it! How often do you get to buy something directly from the person who poured their skill and passion into creating it? He was an absolute pleasure to talk to—friendly, engaging, and full of great stories. And unlike most places, he wasn’t pushy at all, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable.

My children and I were on a mission to find a purse for someone we love. We have a specific idea in mind. We selected a few leather stores to visit. Two Hands was a gem of a store and we walked out with multiple purchases. It wasn’t the purse we were specifically looking for but we LOvE the purses and wallets there. So unique, qualify craftsmanship, no two are the same. The colors and flexibility of design all are excellent. And it’s the passion of the owner, Roberto and his team, that brings the idea to life.
