the manager was very rude, unpleasant, agressive and overall disrespectful. my experience at this shop was one the the worst things i have ever been through. The quality of their clothes is shocking. the straps are breaking before they are even getting taken off the hanger. I did not deserved to be attacked over a faulty product that has nothing to do with me. the rude manger then wanted me to pay for the two faulty products that were broken before use, she then went on the fix the products with a craft scissors to then put the back up for sale. Seating would increase sales…. I have enjoyed shopping in this store for many years. Fabulous on trend colours and designs. I love the fact that items are in colour sections. I rarely leave without making a purchase or two. However I do have one issue…. No seating. My husband is happy to accompany me to the store, however on numerous occasions, I reluctantly leave earlier than planned as I know he is soon fed up but know if he could sit down in what is often an extremely hot store, I’d be able to shop for longer! Dreadfully unhelpful staff. I tried to return a dress because the seams were badly sown. The dress hadn't been worn and I had the reciept and the member of staff told me there was no exchange or refund. Awful service. Beware. And now reading their reply which they've lied and said I'd admitted to wearing the garment!! I'd cut off the label only as I always do. They said they would mend only if they had time!
