The store is good but the people that work there are awful… Always when I walk in there to buy something there is one or more womans that is giving me dirty looks, I went in there today and was just walking around with my friends and there was a really rude woman there with a blue purple makeup look and black hair with a ponytail 22 December 2022 .my friend fell down the stairs and she walked up to my friend and said are you okay In a really rude voice and of course my friend didn’t answer because she was so rude before and then she said in Spanish to her colic she won’t answer me and she is just ignoring me ai could tell that she was annoyed and after that she said again what language are they even talking is it Chinese. Relieved to read other reviews about the staff. This is not the first time that I visit this location. They staff give dirty looks, gang up on you and make you feel very uncomfortable about shopping. Are they trained this way? Not sure if this is intimidation tactics or paranoid that someone is going to steal something. It’s not a pleasant shopping experience at all. I would advise any tourist or foreigner NOT to go into this store. You will be be intimidated with negative energy from the staff, don’t support this shop or buy from them. My friends and I went in to look around and were immediately struck by how uncomfortable the staff made us all feel. My friend was being followed around in the shop and got dirty looks from the sales women. My friend was about to purchase some makeup but left as she felt so uncomfortable in the shop. They were unhelpful and rude. I’ve never met such unprofessional workers in my life. Do not recommend this shop, please go somewhere else. If I could I would give negative stars.
