We placed an order for a Sofa online at KAVE HOME on 31st May 2023, which was delivered incomplete and damaged yesterday, 13th June 2023.
On the day of delivery (i.e. yesterday), the delivery company contacted us to inform us that one of the sofa pieces had a stain. Despite our uncertainty, we reluctantly agreed to the delivery, since they refused to take it back without delivering it.
When the delivery person arrived, we were shocked to find that two pieces of the sofa were completely uncovered without any packaging. One of those pieces of the sofa is stained. Additionally, the boxes containing the other pieces were torn apart at multiple places, making them unsuitable for reuse in case of a return. To make matters worse, the order was incomplete, as the screws, necessary for assembly of the sofa, were missing from the delivery.
Considering the substantial cost of nearly 2000 Euro, one would expect a better level of service and product quality from KAVE HOME.
Our attempts to file a complaint and report the issue have been met with frustration. The complaint form on KAVE HOME's website fails to load, leaving the page blank. Likewise, our search for their phone number/e-mail address online has proven unfruitful, with the pages turning out blank. Despite reaching out to them via Instagram and sharing pictures, we have yet to receive any response...

Todo lo que nos han hecho pasar no tiene nombre. Compramos en JUNIO una mesa de comedor (la Atminda concretamente), una mesa de centro y una lámpara de techo para nuestro nuevo salón. Llegó un mes más tarde y TODOS los productos venían defectuosos de fábrica, con marcas, rayados, doblados, raíles desencajados... Fatal. Iban a reponerlo urgente y tardaron casi un mes en hacerla. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa, que la nueva mesa también llegó torcida de fábrica. Una mesa de más de 1.000€. Qué mínimo que haberlo verificado antes. Ya cabreados pedimos la devolución que prometieron hacernos de forma urgente. Después de bastantes llamadas dijeron que nos la hacían. Ya han pasado más de dos semanas y no hemos recibido nada.
