I wanted to rate the online shopping experience. Almost every time there’s an item they don’t have available, and only sometimes they will call you to ask if you want a replacement or just take it off the list. Mid last year I ordered a whole fresh chicken and it came with a foul smell. I called customer service twice but they said without a QR code or receipt they don’t accept returns. Another time the burger patties had some mold already forming on the sides. That’s when I stopped ordering fresh meat online.
Today my order consisted of a whole bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for. A bunch of dessert flans & those sweet yogurts in place of Pastoret kefir, Greek yogurt, one lactose free heavy cream and 2 blocks of butter.
Was I supposed to haul all that stuff back to the store? They’re just going to ask for a QR code or a physical receipt again, neither of which they provide when you shop online. I would’ve, but since I have a baby and I’ve been sick these past few days, I decided against it.
In the end I was charged 11€ more for a bunch of stuff I never otherwise buy. They should’ve just taken the items they didn’t have off my order instead of replacing them with what they thought...

Read moreAyer fuimos a comprar unas cervezas y tabaco y cuando estábamos en la cola para pagar,resulta que delante nuestra habia un señor con una cervezas y delante de él dos empleadas pagando sus comprás y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando el Sr fue a pasar la compra no le dejaron pasar las cervezas porque eran las 22.02 y a nosotros tampoco claro está que también llevamos 4 cervezas que nos costó encontrar el supermercado después de estar 20 minutos caminando desde el hotel,lo que me parece mal de esto es que debería pasar primero la compra a los clientes ya que ella misma vio que el Sr y yo teníamos bebidas alcohólicas en la mano y ella preguntando si alguien queria tabaco al cual yo le dije que yo y que cogí una cagetilla de tabaco sabiendo que después de las 22.00 no puede vender este tipo de producto, atiende primero a los clientes y luego a los empleados porque se fueron 2 clientes sin nada la cajera no tuvo ese detalle de pasar primero a los clientes y luego a los empleados ya que estaban cerrando y luego le podia pasar la compra a ellos...
