The store owner, Ivan, just exudes kindness. Our GPS accidentally routed us on the very narrow streets near his store. I believe he is used to seeing this. Rather than rolling his eyes at another tourist gone astray, or getting frustrated, he chose to go out of his way to help us. He motioned to us to roll our window down and he explained very helpfully and patiently exactly how to get ourselves out of the situation and where to park. We were so blown away by his kindness that after we parked and made our way into town, we paid a visit to his store to thank him and chatted with him. He offered that if we had any further questions about traveling in Spain just to give him a call. We couldn't believe how friendly he was to complete strangers! I've bought plenty of things from this store, a scarf, a wallet, a small pouch and a passport cover. The fabric quality is excellent!! The best part about this little store is that they have made famous paintings (like the starry night, the kiss etc) into objects like purses and tote bags. I was blown away by the creativity of the things available in the store. If you are visiting Toledo, I would totally recommend you to visit this store and get something for yourself and maybe for the purpose of gifting someone as well.
