Fraudulent sales and no help from the company: I bought a bracelet in the Dubrovnik store during my trip to Croatia. It had no price and it was the last one of this model. The saleswoman called the manager who said it was €130. I had been told that it was gold plated. The price seemed good to me. When I arrived at my hotel, I saw on the internet that it was selling for €69.50 on the internet (on sale at 45€). I returned to the store the same day I bought it. I then noticed that a stone was missing. Unable to have proof that the price given was the correct one. The manager offered me another bracelet to replace the one I had bought. The refund was not possible because of the missing stone. I refused since I didn't really like the other model. I contacted the company by email. I received a return when I was back in Canada. He told me they would contact the store. Then, nothing. I contacted them again a few days later. The bracelet had lost 7 other stones. I told them about it and asked for a solution. They told me to go back to the store. I wrote to them to explain that it was not possible. Again, no answer. This morning, I wrote to them again to find out if they were going to do more. I received the response that it was my responsibility to go back to the store and that they could not do anything. una falta de respeto total ,pregunte el precio de una gargantilla y no lo sabian me dijeron que esperara que lo miravan en el ordenador, mientras me lo miravan estuve mirando que comprar porque tenia que hacer un par de regalos ,me llevaba unos pendientes a espera de saber el precio de la gargantilla y después de hacerme esperar me dicen que vale 25€ pero que se la han vendido a unas señoras que estavan en caja ,su argumento es que yo solo les havia preguntado el precio ,a pesar de haver estado interesada yo primero por la gargantilla,me parece una falta de profesionalidad no sé si por su juventud ya que fue una chica joven morenita ,pero la compañera que me estava en ese momento atendiendo rubia no la corrijio tampoco me senti como si yo no fuera suficiente para poder comprarla ,me faltaron al respeto como futura clienta que evidentemente no seré y como era de esperar les dije que no me parecia bien y que me havian faltado al respeto y que no les compraria la gargantilla pero que los pendientes ni nada y me fui bastante humillada ,no entiendo que traten asi...

Estoy muy descontenta con esta tienda ya que es la primera vez que me pasa algo así, mi padre me hizo un regalo de esta tienda y por lo que se ve el hombre lo compro con descuento y segun la chica la política de esta tienda es que, si es con descuento no tiene ningún tipo de cambio cosa que no veo lógico ya que si es un regalo y una persona no acierta que pasa que te lo tienes que comer te guste o no?? Cuando llegue a casa le pregunte a mi padre y me comento que en ningún momento le dijeron que no se podría hacer una devolución, de hecho le dijeron que tenía 40 días para cambios y devoluciones ya que el comento que era un regalo de reyes.... ASI QUE LO SIENTO MUCHO PERO NO COMPRAR AQUI YA QUE TE MIENTEN EN TODO...
