Manager at the store is very unprofessional. Totally disregards after sales service The incident is about a toy that was broken after a few uses. The response I got when I reported about the issue was completely ignorant and no solution provided.
Unbelievable comments made by this manager: Every time I mentioned this item is considerably reasonable he kept saying you have purchased this during the Black Friday sale. So what he implied is that there wonât be any proper after sales service in such cases It is a toy. You canât predict a time span it can break in one day or one month after the purchase- yes I understand if it was smashed on the floor or used carelessly. This was a car which runs on a track, it was not smashed nor fallen on the floor even by accident and the it is obvious that damage could not have been caused by smashing on the floor,- unless someone purposely pulls out the little connectors out intending to break them, and I am not insane to complain if such a thing happened. Also, I donât take all the toys that break at home, he himself said even he has kids, but he didnât have the wit to realize that there was actually a fair reason for me to complain and put an effort sort something about this toy 3.This toy never received a complaint. - so they canât take any complaints if one item they sold was faulty? As I was frustrated I told him it is not specifically what he said, itâs the tone that was offensive to me- his response âeven with a different tone I will be saying the same thingâ- where are his ethics in conversing Really surprising to see such unprofessionalism from a senior staff member at a well reputed organization...
   Read moreI bought a pair of shoes from Odel one gall face store when there was a discount . a brand name call joma itâs a work out shoe after using couple of months the sole was torn out . I havenât used it less than 15 times and i emailed to them ( I never got a reply up to this date )and they said they can not do anything ! And I requested an exchange because I have paid them reasonable price ! somehow they convinced me to do the repair and hand over to me ! Finally I was okay with it and asked them to the repair and give it to me ( I was very nice to them even I am upset) few days ago I got my call for collection.. oh my god they have put glue everywhere and the shoes was not repaired properly ! I refused to get them because Itâs a mess now . I spoke with the manger also what she was told me they give these shoes to repair local shoe makers and there might be mistake .. it doesnât matter whether you give it to local shoe maker or foreign shoe maker ! IDIOT ⌠the quality has to be there and they have to make sure the quality of work i did not give it to Pettah to repair my shoes I gave it to ODEL I am really disappointed maintaining Pettah standards in...
   Read moreThe worst customer service. The girl in charge of the womenâs floor dressing rooms today evening was incredibly unpleasant. I asked for a different size of a top and she reluctant said no, we do not have it, without even checking the stock. I then asked if I can go in and try it on in the empty dressing room right infront of me. She then told me it is occupied, even though it clearly wasnât. After about 2 minutes, she said I can go ahead - seemed like she was just holding me there out of spite. My mom was next to me and she was shocked by the situation. The cashier Samadhi was also not very pleasant. They do not thank customers for purchasing an item from them, they just reluctantly hand it to you without even a smile.
Overall horrible experience visiting here from abroad. Doesnât live up to the hype and will not...
