The guest experience begins before a customer walks through the doors of your service place. We come with our hopes up for a commendable meal and service. I am not pleased to say that we were offered neither of these as we entered the restaurent. We came in at 9:30 pm, which was one hour precisely before the closing time (10.30pm) indicated both on google maps and the venue (The open sign was still up). We went in and the server who had his back to us plainly said- “we are closing now”. We were offered no further explanation until we stood there for his conversation with his friend to finish. Your restaurent is reputed for the good service and the food, yet the insincerity of one could possibly ruin it for all. I understand entirely with the ongoing health crisis and for the wellbeing of the staff, an early closing time is evidently convenient. Read moreThe restaurant is open to the walkway of the top level at OGF. People constantly walking by. Service is okay, nothing special to say, they are not a very polite bunch, but you get what you order. Ordered the Hellboy pizza (specifically mentioned spicy in the menu), and signature stuffed garlic bread with pulled lamb. The pizza was not spicy. Can you taste the sour dough? Somewhat yes. The texture was fantastic tho. Tried the chillie oil to fix the spice situation, which did not help at all. The garlic bread was stuffed with a sort of battered onion. The pulled lamb (for which we payed 700 additionally + tax) added about 10 - 15 pieces of meat. Does that look like pulled lamb to you? The garlic bread was tasty tho. In conclusion the, food is not worth the astronomical total you pay. Nothing screams I NEED TO HAVE THIS AGAIN, so this was a...
