I visited adventure zone with my family and a friend. Despite reading mixed reviews about the staff and ticket prices, I decided to go for the sake of my kids. We have two children, aged 6 and 11 months.

Upon arrival, my wife and I needed to step out to buy something before our trip to India the next day. According to their policy, one adult can accompany a child entering the play area. However, we requested an exception, as our friend was already entering with her son and our kid. We asked if our friend could take our 11-month-old infant, who is always in our lap, instead of us entering. Unfortunately, they refused, demanding an additional ₹1500 for the infant, despite the already expensive ticket price of ₹2850 per hour per child.

I was taken aback by their inflexibility and focus on making money. As someone who has visited various kid-friendly zones in India and abroad, I was disappointed by their lack of understanding and empathy. We decided to let our kid enter while we waited outside with our infant.

Later, a staff member approached us, claiming they had obtained management approval to allow our friend to take care of the infant. However, we declined, feeling that the damage was already done.

I want to caution fellow parents about this place. While my kid enjoyed the play area, I found the experience to be overly expensive and the staff's behavior to be unacceptable. Before visiting, I recommend exploring other options that may offer better value and a more...

The worst kids play area ever for absord pricing. just good for money making. Recently there was a carnival theamed event. Just ladi da advertisement only. Not a single what they promised magic shows ect nothing. People come from all over paying such a big amount to experice something different. After paying 4500 for entrance they cahrge extra for all the games. What a funny joke is that. Shangrilla can be 5 star but not so stupidly earn money. The fun factory is million times better than this for 1000/- Friendly staff / nice atmosphere. This is all hidden charges. Painting room is totally shud down. Whats the point????? If they cant even afford a little paint after paying so much. Same day there was a sos event for kids free painting they actually gave a free chocolate for drawing for free. Learn from them. Dont always look were you can rip off .. think of ways to improve if you are charging this kind of amount. Be reasonable, at-least a bouncy castle or somthing. Some bright lights and music. Its like going inside a prison. The girls who in charge to look after the kids are in the phone and to get a print out colouring sheet you have to beg and ask 100 times. Just no words to express the horrible experience we had. They can charge for one hour a reasonable rate so all the kids can enjoy. No one is going to stay there for 3 hours. Anyway this is the first and the last we will go there. Thanks for the...

Pros:

Top-notch safety: This zone prioritizes child safety, which is always a major concern for parents. You can relax knowing your little ones are in good hands.

Areas for Improvement:

Price vs. value: While safety is crucial, the ticket price (3000Rs for 2 hours) might feel steep compared to the available activities. Offering more services or tiered pricing options could improve the value proposition.

Guardian policy: Charging 2000Rs for an additional guardian seems excessive. Consider a more family-friendly policy.

Sock requirement: Enforcing socks is understandable for hygiene, but it's helpful to mention this clearly beforehand to avoid inconvenience.

Limited access: Restricting re-entry after leaving the zone can be frustrating for families with young children who might need quick exits. Offering flexible re-entry options would be appreciated.

Painting area: A non-functioning painting area is a missed opportunity for creative fun. Consider fixing or replacing it to enhance the overall experience.

Overall:

This adventure zone prioritizes safety but could benefit from a closer look at its pricing, access policies, and activity variety to offer families a more enjoyable and...

visited this place today with my son and another child. Their website clearly stated that they were closing at 7 PM, so we arrived at 6 PM with the intention of allowing the kids to enjoy the place for an hour. However, upon arrival, we were told by the staff that they only offer a two-hour package, priced at 3000/= per child, because they would be closing at 8 PM. This was extremely frustrating and misleading. Nowhere on their website did it mention this restriction, and we had specifically planned for just one hour based on their advertised closing time. It felt like they were forcing us into an expensive package we didn’t want or need, and we were left with no other option but leave as we had to leave. Kids were disappointed The lack of transparency and the inconsistency between their website information and what we were told on arrival is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting.
