Good food with good staff. Had taken the dinner from here and the guy who served the sandwich and coffee was so polite and helpful. Served the food in every time with smile. Everything was neat and clean. Will visit the shop again. Most importantly forgot to take the picture 😞

This is my second visit (29th April) to the cafe and this time I got disappointed with the service. I was waiting for salespeople who were talking each other & didn’t notice me. The guy I met in my first visit was picking up dishes from the table and came to help me. Taken order and made the fantastic cappuccino & cortado for us. I met Calvyn while waiting for my flight, and I was really impressed by his service. He was kind, helpful, and had a great attitude. I saw him walking around, checking on guests, asking if everything was okay, and offering water—such great service! The food and coffee were also very nice.

However, I did notice that one of his colleagues (I didn’t catch his name, but he had a mustache) seemed a bit disengaged. He looked quite grumpy and spent most of the time sitting by the sandwich station, playing on his phone. His energy didn’t really match Calvyn’s.

A very good patisserie outlet, serving lovely food, possibly the largest shrimp salad open sandwich known to us. Really filling and well presented. The friendly staff were happy to let us have just tap water and to fill water bottles. Considering it was a Saturday early evening we thought it quiet. But we are used to LHR & LGW.
