Formal Complaint Regarding Disrespectful Behavior by Staff
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding my visit to your restaurant on June 5, 2025.
During my visit, I attempted to explain what food I wanted to order. Although I do not speak the language perfectly, I made an honest effort to communicate clearly. Unfortunately, the cashier on duty showed no patience or willingness to listen. She interrupted me before I could finish my sentence, rolled her eyes, and repeatedly said, “I don’t understand” – even though I was still trying to explain myself.
The most upsetting part was that she openly mocked me for nearly 10 minutes in front of other customers, laughing at the fact that I don’t speak the language well. I simply wanted to order a basic shish kebab, but instead, I was treated with disrespect and made to feel humiliated.
This behavior is completely unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable. I expect that this staff member will no longer be allowed to interact directly with customers, especially at the cashier.
If no action is taken, I will have no choice but to share this experience publicly. No customer should ever be ridiculed or treated with such a lack of respect – especially when trying their best to communicate in good faith.
I sincerely hope you take this matter seriously and implement the necessary steps to prevent such situations...

To start, we ordered the hummus and pita bread, which was silky smooth and had a perfect balance of garlic and tahini. For our main courses, we opted for the lamb kebab and the chicken koobideh. Both were cooked to perfection, juicy and tender with a delicious char on the outside. The accompanying basmati rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the grilled tomatoes and onions added a wonderful burst of flavor.
The service was top-notch, with our server taking the time to explain the dishes and offer recommendations. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with traditional Iranian artwork and furnishings, making for a cozy and intimate dining experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Farsi to anyone looking for a taste of Iran in Stockholm. The food, service, and ambiance are all exceptional and I can't...
Read moreAtmosphere was bad. The layout of the resturaunt is "long", making for a lot of running up and down the space. I ordered the grilled chiken and it was ok at best. It promised saffron rice, but only had some yellow top grains; saffron rice should be all yellow - this is obviously to save money on the saffron. They put a wedge of raw red onion on the plate, and I don't really see the point of that. I looked around and saw tons of plates with that onion piece uneaten. The rest of the vegetables were decent and the yoghurt sauce was good but not quite enough.
Service was okay but you had to use a beeping device and go and get the...
