La Pasta Veloce — Restaurant in Solna kommun

I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant today. The system is completely flawed. You order and pay first, then wait for your beeper to go off, and when it does, you’re supposed to pick up your food from a large counter. The problem is, there’s no labeling or organization at all. When I went to pick up my order, there were several plates sitting there. I took my ordered salad and also grabbed a pasta dish that looked like what I ordered — there were even two pastas with the same tomato sauce. Only after I started eating did I realize it wasn’t my dish. Later, a chef came to my table to tell me I had taken the wrong one. He said it was okay, but honestly, their whole system is a mess. How is anyone supposed to know which plate is theirs? There are no names, no numbers, nothing. It’s confusing, embarrassing, and just poorly...

Clean, fresh restaurant with lots of seating. Self-serviced.

Big portions. Generous amounts of meat and fish in our risotto. Risotto was aldente.

Expensive and doesn't taste like Italian food at all. Meat was sinewy and not possible to chew through. Salmon chunks were completely charred dry and tasteless.

GARLIC BREAD 🙊 Puffed up flatbread likely from the pizza dough. No garlic taste. Bread was hard and tasteless.

RISOTTO WITH SALMON AND ARTICHOKE HEARTS 🙊🙊 Salmon tasted like it was thawed from frozen fish. The fish was hard and charred. Risotto was aldente but didn't taste much so ended up eating the rice mostly.

RISOTTO MEASTRO 🙊🙊 Like the other risotto dish, the meat was not possible to chew through. Apart from the poor quality meat, there was lots of rice but the cooking does not taste...

I recently visited La Pasta Veloce and had an incredibly disappointing and concerning experience. I ordered a pizza and, to my shock, discovered a large piece of plastic embedded in it. This is not only unacceptable but also a serious health hazard.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, their response was indifferent at best. They simply took the remaining pizza without offering any apology, explanation, or compensation. There was no acknowledgment of the gravity of the situation, which made the experience even more frustrating.

As a customer, I expect basic standards of food safety and proper handling of such incidents. Unfortunately, this establishment failed on both counts. I cannot recommend La Pasta Veloce and urge them to take food quality and customer service...
