We always get a kick out of seeing the people walking around recording everything - makes for some fine comedy imagining what they must eat on a regular basis or deem even remotely acceptable. The food across the board is low quality, bland, and thrown together in the most lazy and subpar way imaginable - literally feed for the trough. The only dishes that tasted somewhat ok were, coincidentally, the most idiot-proof like the deep fried stuff or pancakes (which thank heavens were actually made fresh).
That brings me to the main point - the food safety guidelines in the buffet must be nonexistent, because the amount of food that has clearly been sitting around all day without being replaced is appalling! A complete bacteria cultivation facility with zero standards or accountability. I always forget I'm not back home, but stuff like this would get a buffet sued 6 ways 'till Sunday into total oblivion. I got pretty sick from something I ate (most likely from the salad area) which, to be honest, I did have a bad feeling about but tried just a little bit and that was probably enough to unleash hell on my digestive system. I want to make it clear that elsewhere in the civilized world, the state of affairs at the buffet is completely unacceptable and even criminal!
Unreal that this is considered acceptable, and at over 300 SEK before 15 and +400 SEK after is nothing short of robbery! Every time we come here it's only because of gift card presents and I'm starting to think someone secretly wants...

The only positive part of our visit was the Thai manager at the check-in. He was professional and kind – helped us find a table and made sure we received the Cava included in their Morsdag (Mother’s Day) campaign.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very poor. The bartender was rude and dismissive. I clearly said my name twice, yet he gave the wrong table ticket to the hostess. When I asked politely if we could have the Cava, he said, “No, you only get soda.” When we asked again later, he replied, “But you got your Pepsi already, SO?” and rushed us toward the dining area. In the confusion, I forgot to pay, and instead of reminding me politely, he shouted, “You have to pay FIRST,” and added, “Nothing in this world is for free!” I was shocked by his attitude.
The hostess walked us around for 15 minutes because of the wrong table info and tried seating us far from the buffet – even though we were two moms with small kids. Some basic empathy and common sense would have helped.
Thankfully, the Thai manager found us on the balcony and brought the Cava as promised. He was the only highlight of our visit.
The buffet was unimpressive and not worth the high price. Even the desserts were underwhelming. I’ve had far better experiences at other places.
I will not return and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and eat...
Read moreThe hosts are very friendly and seem to be properly trained. However, when it comes to the food quality it is really bad. We came at 15:00 on a Saturday and the food had clearly been sitting around for a long time. Most food looked like it hadn’t been replaced for hours, and the pizza was even hard and you couldn’t cut through the crust.
I wonder why the workers use gloves when they don’t seem to have any knowledge of food safety rules at all. This one guy working at the pizza section used the same gloves for the entire 2 hours we were at the buffet. Not only that, he used the gloves to make pizzas, touch his face and particularly his nose repeatedly, touched the oven handle, touched other pizzas (both vegetarian and meat options), and scratched the back of his head. This really grossed me out and I have now promised myself to never come back here again.
The price is insane for the terrible quality of food.
The only good things we ate were the pancakes, apple pie, soft serve and fried chicken tenders. I can just go to KFC downstairs and get all of that (except the pancakes of course).
The only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the very nice hosts and that they made sure to clean our table frequently (removing...
